Once you have placed the order contact us via email with your information and pet photo. Let us know if you require a pdf to help you with the information. Our graphic design team will then get started on your order and make any changes required for you. You will be sent a digital proof when your design is ready for your approval. We print on an off-white matt board that is 350gsm. If you are unsure please order a sample first - you will not be disappointed!

↺ TIMESCALES
Samples are posted either same day or next day. For invitation orders your first proof will be ready within 1-3 days of your payment, often quicker. Printing/delivery takes 1-2 working days from your final approval until your order is shipped. If time is tight, let us know - if it is possible for us to speed things up, we will.
