How will my order be shipped?
Most orders are sent via Royal Mail First Class delivery, unless you choose a delivery upgrade at checkout.
Can I upgrade my delivery?
Yes, if your order is urgent, you can select aNext Day Delivery option for faster service.
How are signs shipped?
Signs are sent with Evri or DPD as standard, and these orders include tracking information.
What if I choose an upgraded delivery option?
If you select an upgraded delivery service, your order will be shipped with DPD next day, which provides full tracking.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do. International orders are sent using a tracked service viaFedExorDPD, depending on your location.
Returns
Do you accept returns?
No, we do not accept returns. All of our products are custom-made and personalised to your specific requirements, which means they are non-returnable.
What if I change my mind after ordering?
Since each order is created especially for you, we are unable to accept cancellations or returns once your order has been started. If we haven't started we can of course cancel.
How do I know my order will be correct?
We send digital proofs for you to review and approve before printing begins. This ensures that all details, such as names, dates, and designs, are exactly as you want them.
What happens if there is a mistake?
If an error is made on our side after you have approved your proof, we will, of course, put it right. However, we cannot be responsible for mistakes that were present in your approved proof.
Can I request changes after I receive my proof?
Yes, absolutely. You can request amendments at the proofing stage to make sure your order is perfect before it goes into production.

When should I order my wedding stationery?
We recommend ordering your save the dates 6–12 months before your wedding and invitations around 4–6 months in advance. For on-the-day stationery (like menus, place cards, and signage), aim for 4–6 weeks before the big day.
Can I customise the design of my wedding invitations?
Yes! All our wedding stationery is fully customisable. You can choose your colours, fonts and layout. We also offer bespoke design services if you have something specific in mind.
Do you offer samples?
Absolutely. We offer samples so you can see and feel the quality of our materials and printing before placing a full order.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Turnaround time depends on your order type and whether it’s custom-designed. Typically:
Standard designs: 7–10 working days
Custom designs: 2–3 weeks

Can you help me with wording for my invitations?
Yes – we provide wording guides, and we’re happy to help you tailor the perfect message, whether you’re planning a formal or informal wedding.
