✎ PERSONALISING YOUR ORDER
Once you have placed the order contact us via email with your information. We just need the venue name, and we will locate the best image online to create your venue sketch from. Let us know if you require a pdf to help you with the information. Our graphic design team will then get started on your order and make any changes required for you. ↺ TIMESCALES
Samples are posted either same day or next day. For invitation orders your first proof will be ready within 1-3 days of your payment, often quicker. Printing/delivery takes 1-2 working days from your final approval until your order is shipped. If time is tight, let us know - if it is possible for us to speed things up, we will.
